About Karen Botevyle
- I am a qualified Counsellor who is extremely passionate about helping people through difficult times in their life.
- I can help you explore any issues you are experiencing and find a way forward to free yourself from the things holding you back.
- Most of us will, at some point, experience challenging times and this can leave us feeling overwhelmed and stressed from the experience.
- Whether you are struggling with a bereavement, anxiety, experienced trauma, suffering with depression, lost your self-esteem or have any other areas you are finding difficult to deal with. I will be able to help you explore these issues and find a new way forward.

In-person appointments:
I can offer in-person appointments during the day, evenings and weekends in Frimley High Street, GU16. If this is an option you are interested in, please contact me so we can discuss.
Online/Telephone therapy sessions:
I am able to offer sessions across the UK via Zoom or telephone, which enables you to stay in the comfort of your own home (if this is a safe place for you). Another benefit to online or telephone sessions, is there are no travel times to consider, so additional time does not need to be added into the length of the sessions.
